It’s football season and to win at football you’ve got to have a great team…and to be successful in business… you’ve got to have a great team!Here are some tips to build your team!
Start by identifying every activity and skill necessary to run your business.
Then - determine the best role for you to play - based on your strengths and expertise
Finally - identify who else you need - based on their expertise - to round out your business team!
Other team members may include employees, advisors, professionals such as attorneys and accountants and even family members.
Once you have your team in place, clearly communicate your goals for the business and how each member of the team will contribute to achieving those goals…
Then, let everyone on your team do their job … while you coach them to success...
… and when you score that touchdown - be sure to celebrate that success with every member of your team!
