How to Get Your Customers to Give you Feedback

Customers are critical to the success of your business especially in these challenging times. Your customers are also a valuable resource when it comes to making decisions regarding the direction of your business.

Here are some ways you can engage your customers to provide you with valuable feedback for your business.

1. Invite a group of your existing customers to lunch or dinner to discuss some specific issues or ideas you are considering related to your business.

2. Establish an advisory board of key customers to provide you with on-going feedback regarding your business. Consider rewarding them for their time in some way.

3. Ask customers for feedback about their experiences at the time of check out or via a follow-up phone call or email.

You can ask customers for feedback that is very specific to a decision you are considering or more general in nature. By asking for feedback… you will gain valuable information to help your business succeed, and further establish customer loyalty as they feel that their opinion matters to you and your business.
